I was reviewing my paypal account and I was floored to see a 99 euros charge that I didn't recall making which translates into a whopping $146.33 US! Trying not to panic, I called the company immediately... After countless minutes of being forced to listen excruciatingly bad music I was hung up on... So i call again... At the same time trying to locate site and enter with my email and usual passwords... Trying to deduct just what this company usenet. Nl could possibly do for me... Unable to log in and suffering through another long wait with terrible music i request password info to be sent to my email...
It never arrives in my email box regardless of the FIVE times I requested and was shown "log-in information has been sent" FINALLY a very rude woman comes on the line and tell me "an email was sent to me July 21st and it clearly stated if I didn't cancel my paypal would be charged and because I did not cancel there was nothing she could do.
