Billing from usenet for some thing i did not order?

I got this week a bill in my mail box at home from a company called Gothia

In that mail they say i need to pay 14.99 for the service of usenet. Nl and 5 euro some other costs and 37, euro costs for the costs they made.

Till i called the company Gothia i never used usenet or did not even know what it was.

Now im stuck to a service that i wil never use or never had used or wil be.

Strange just fill in a name and adress from some one you found on the internet etc and use the service for free for several days/weeks and that person gets the bill that is how it works on Usenet. Nl

I did never make the account my self but get blamed for it

Usenet says via Gothia that i need to pay the company Gothia sends me mails back that its my fault and also blaming me for a thing i did not get

Has some one some idee's or can usenet fix this problem for me in some way.
