Purchased a digital cable box, rec'd product but it did not have a HDMI access so I contacted the company via email for a return authorization #. I returned the product on 3/12 and was told that I would only get a $195 refund (excluding shipping cost). I first contacted the company on 5/17 to inquire as to my refund and they told me it takes time. I have called and emailed at least 8 different occasions with no response. 7/27 actually spoke to Eddie (for the second time) he said he would relay the information and to call back in the morning, after too many questions, he hung up on me. I mailed a letter on 7/12 but have not heard a word. Would appreciate any assistance in this matter.
