They sell Digital cable Converter boxes, They told me The Digital Cable converter box would work with my cable provider, So I orderd the Box for $185 on 04/10 the check cashed on 4-18, After I called my Cable provider and told them that I orderd the box, My cable provider told me that the box would not work as they only use a special card system in there boxes, I tried calling and E-mailing Digital cable Express after calling my cable company, They would not respond to my e-mail or return my phone calls, Not until 5/18 over the phone, They told me they were having trouble with suppying product and at the same time i told them that my cable company told me that the box would not work on there system, again he told me it would, but i told them I wanted my full refund money back, and we both agreed to a full refund of $185, After that date I would e-mail asking where my refund was on 6/6 with no reply, so i called the sales line only to get a run around with them saying "the checks were sent out", "give it a few more days to arrive"We only send checks out the first of every month", They miss lead you thinking your refund is on its way, Once again i phoned them and a Jay Dee asked me if i would except half of my refund owed to me, I told Jay Dee No that I would only except my full refund of $185, On 08/08 I received a postal money order from them in the amount of only $50, I e-mailed them telling them I want my full refund of $185 and will not except the $50 of them, They e-mailed me back saying, Sent the $50 back to them and they will send me the Digital cable converter, I again told them I no longer want there box as we already agreed of a full refund amount and to send me my full amount of $185 or the Balance owed of $130.
