It is a scam!!! I got robbed totally! The representative's name is Joy who tried to be nice and sweet while chatting and until an order was placed. Once I paid for the order via moneygram, I got an email 2 days later saying I had to pay for tariffs. I sent additional $383 on same day because she promised to ship the order the same day. Today, she sent email saying they will clear custom first and ship the order (maybe) tomorrow. I asked many questions and addressed some postings from google about this business. She is now ignoring my chat inquiry and not responding to my email. I told her I will inform the FBI and even Chinese Embassy about their scam operation... But now sure if anything can happen. Recently, NBC Today had a news on knock off Iphone retailer in China. I don't think I am getting my money back or the items I ordered. Sad and disappointing: (
