Placed an order over a month ago, checking back on their site, http://benfranklin.com and it still shows as order being fulfilled! Hah?! A week after a placed the order they I got an email response about how they had trouble communicating with their warehouse about the items I ordered being in stock. Right. When I finally asked to cancel order and get my money back (yes they charged my card! Right away before even checking if they will be able to ship what I ordered, if they even have any of these items, or it's just a scam). I thought I was done with scam artists, and here we go again!
A month after they promised a refund due to not having the item to ship to me right away, I still did not receive a refund, and after getting in touch with them again this week, no one is responding even via email!
Can't believe this is happening! They looked legit.
Be careful. There are scammers out there.
