I ordered from the website www.uptopay.com an Iphone 16gb for the price of 330 EURO. I sent the money as requested via Western Union and then they sent me an email with the following contents:

So then I waited as it says above and when I went online to check the number it never existed. After another email I sent them this is the answer I got:

So you order items have be Detained and blocked by custom.
Our country custom said that our Original Apple iPhone must have to pay 290.00eur for the Electronic products Import and export tariffs. So we have to request the shipping company help to deal with that badly matters. But we have Failured through the customs clearance and your order package have be Confiscation, custom said that we have to pay 290.00eur tariffs in 15 days, if we will no complete the payment, customs will decide to destruct and burn the package soon.
As you know, you pay 335eur for the Apple iPhone, and now we have to pay 290eur for the customs, what can i do? We have no ways, we will lost the money and lost the Apple iPhone too. We have very disappointed for this badly trade, what can i do? Please give us your ideas, will you?

And after that again I told them that if I knew thew price was 330 180 = 510 EUROS I would of bought it from my local retailer and all they say now is:

Now when I go the webpage to chat online to see what has happened with my money they have banned me from talking online with them.
Last night I talked to them through msn they didnt know who it was and they just told me send more money and then they logged off.
