I ordered an engine from Soken. They shipped me the wrong engine the engine they shipped cost $600 and the freight cost 200'
They billed me for $900 for the engine and $250 for the freight. They told me I had a no cost gaurantee return for six months. When the engine was installed it failed the compression test and the car would not start. I told them I want my money back as they gauranteed. They told me I had to pay for the freight to ship the engine back when they already had my money $1150. I told them I would not pay for the freight bill since they already had $1150 of my money. They finally agreed to take it back without paying the freight. I'm sure they will take the freight out of the money they owe me. My mechanic put in another engine that started immediately and is running perfectly today. This is what they owe me. $250 to ship the engine back. $300 unauthorized use of my credit card. $128 in parts that can't be reused. $600 labor to install the bad engine and take it back out to ship it. $1150 the amount I originally paid for the bad engine.
