I was ripped-off back in December. I tried several times to get my refund. They promised a 3,000 credit card and I recieved this packet, I was so upset. Going backwards to finding out what to do is so aggverating and messy. I called and did what they said waited to recieve my refund. They said in 30 days. I waited to see my refund on Dec. 24th, never did. Called again with the US Postal confirmation receipt number. Ok it will be in the account by Friday they said. Friday came no money back in my account. Called again We will have the manager call you back. Of course, no phone call. When I call back its the same music and 20-30 mintues waiting. When I asked to put me threw to the refund deparment, they said we can not give out that number. I was asking about my refund and I wanted to know where is it? I returned the forms and I don't want your service. They are very rude. I asked about my card and they said we did not say anything about a card. They said they only do sevices to esablished credit and how. They said I had bad credit and thats why I need the packet. I told them they had no right talking to me like that I am the customer and I wanted information and my refund and a reference number that they were putting the money back in my account. I've been told so many things like file a report with the bank. I will not see my money. This is why I don't have money. I lost it and get over it. These people are so bad. I've talk to Peter Blake. Micheal, Seath Dauys. All of which give me a excuse everytime. And it is the first of march and still no refund. They got 279.00 of my money and I've been ripped off and I work so hard for my money.
