I reported to verizon that my phone was not working properly and they said they would send me a new replacement phone. I never agreed to have this service added to my phone either by texting or by email. I do not have the actual date that this scam occured. I am the only one that uses this phone and the only one that uses my email address. I have been scammed before from email sent to me and opened it not knowing it was a scam. This is where it might have come from. BUT I never asked for this service!!! I have only had text messaging since the first of June and this was the first text message I got. I feel I should not be charged for something I never asked for. Since this was the first message I got when I activated the text messaging service.
