I brought my car to Meineke car repair shop on 6-1311. My car needed a new transmission. The person working there could not give a time when car would be finished. They said it takes a couple of days. We have been back to the repair place several times to pick up the car. Finally the put in wrong transmission oil and they said they need to pump the wrong oil out and put new oil. They never gave us an estimate in writing. They told us they give 6 month of warranty for parts and labor. Now they do not want to do this. My son went to their place of business and talked to them. The car is not finished after 17 days in the shop. What if they ruined something on my car?
