I returned the product with paid postage. I tried to cancel but the e-mail kept being returned. I got a message today saying that they had shipped another order. I tried to cancel but the links from their website do not work. I have called 3 times was put on hold for 30-33 minutes and then the call was disconnected. On their automated message on the phone-you can choose 4 to cancel. Nothing happens when I selected 4. I can't get a hold of anyone and I can't cancel or get an RMA number from their websit. My bank says I have to reach them to cancel because they can't block charges.
