I ordered the "free trial" of acai berry and life cleanse. I received 2 bottles per day for 8 days - this made me suspicious so I began trying to contact the company to cancel the order. The number included in the shipment did not allow me to talk with anyone.initially, I got an automated message stating that my wait time was approximately 3 - 5 minutes. I called this number 5 times at different times of day and I waited on hold for anywhere from 8 to 22 mintues before getting frustrated and hanging up. At times, the number was just busy. The number on my credit card statement had a message stating, "the voice mail box you have reached is full" and then disconnected. They began charging my credit card - one day it was $87, the next day it was $69. I had to cancel the credit card and file dispute paperwork with my bank.
