I ordered a computer through Bluehippo and tried to cancel after sitting on hold for an hour and a half. When they did answer I told them I wanted to cancel my order and she told me to hold on and put me back on hold. After sitting back on hold for another 45 minutes I got disconnected. I have tried calling back quite a few times and cannot get an answer now. I have emailed them and was told to contact customer service. I have called the processing center and was told to call customer service. I cannot get any where with them or get anyone to cancel my order.
