I filled out a form on-line stating I would receive in the mail grant information to go to school. I paid $2.97 to receive this free information in the mail (the $2.97 was for s/h) the next week $28.97 was removed from my account. When I called they stated they are not able to credit my account and I was paying for access to the website for grant information. They started laughing, I asked to speak to the supervisor, didn't help. I am very upset. I am on a set income and this made my account go negative.
