I arrived at the return counter register #16 at 12:15PM on June 8. With only 5 customers ahead of me the line was not moving! I asked for a manager Diana to come and possibly open another return register. I was on line for a simple return until 1:30PM, and a manager NEVER showed up to open another register.
Upon leaving the store I spoke to a manager and told them to send ALL Walmart stores back to China. The people they hire are not friendly, the and do not perform thier duties in an orderly maner. The front end service is very bad. This is the third time I have had a problem there at that spicific store. They need to be a little more concerned with customer service instead of ignoring the customer who spends there hard earned money in that store. I sincerely regret and wish I had more stores to choose from with better customer service. George
