I went to the Walmart on Ledo Rd in Albany, Georgia to purchase groceries and a few other items. The store shelves were not stocked and there were many "holes" where items were supposed to be located. I put approximately $100 worth of items in my basket and proceeded to checkout where only a few lines were open and of those onlt two that were not express. I stood in line for approxinately 45 minutes and watched the lines contimue to grow. The clerks were overwhelmed and a manager did not come out and try to rectify the problem. I asked to speak to the front end manager or whoever was on duty for the front end business. I was told that NO MANAGER was working!!! Such poor service requires me to state that I WILL NOT shop at that Walmart again, and I will tell everyone I know about the lack of response to a service issue. I usually spend around $600/monthly at this store, NO MORE! The prices are not that much different from other store that welcome my business. This is a managment issue!!!
