I ordered plastic strips from a television advertisement that are to be used under cushions on couch. I ordered one set and was suppose to get another set for free. I received 6 boxes in the mail and then I when I called to complain I was told that I had order 11 sets. Then to my amazement my credit card was charged $164.44 for a $14.95 plus shipping and handling. It cost me $20.00 additional funds to return all of these items. I called the credit card company and Furniture Fix to complain and was told basically - too bad. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I advise no one to use this company
