Delivery of furniture has changed 3 times in 2 months, we just bought a new house 2months ago and still have no furniture very unsatisfied with this company. Ashley furniture of fairfield california and there delivery company. The reason we bought furniture was because husband is having surgury and he needs something that supports him. Know we have no furniture.

Every time we have called to find out what was going on, we got the run around or nobody called us back. They state the couch we ordered is in but the recliner is not and they will ship it to us when both are in. The only way they will ship the couch to us is if we pay another shipping fee.
