I bought my fiance her engagement ring here at Kay Jewelry. She really loved it so I decided to purchase my wedding band here. My fiance live in another state, so I asked for the stock number of the rings so my fiance could check it on-line. The stock numbers that were giving to me were not on-line. When I called several stores, the employees informed me that the Only jewelery that is still available on line would be the only ones that would show up. That does not make much sense. When I called up a couple of store they had the rings. I am pretty frustrate. I wish that even if the rings were not available, it could still show a picture and a note indicating "Out Of Stock".
