My husband bought my Niel lane engagement set from here. We had been in previously to look at rings. No one ever asked to size my finger or asked for my ring size. My husband went back to buy the rings later w/o me & the woman lied to him telling him she had my ring size, selling him the standard they keep in the store. It was WAY TOO BIG!!! They finally agreed to re-order it in my size. Well we got married and months later a diamond falls out of the wedding band. He has warranty on it so I took it in and they sent it off to replace it. I live an hour away from this store. They called me to tell me to come pick up the ring it was back from repair. I went in & they handed me the ring, the diamond they had put it in was BROWN!!! It did not match at ALL! Not even close! The other diamonds don't have a color, just your usual diamond. After telling them I wasn't happy with it, the girls made it clear to me they already knew before I came in that it was not done correctly. Then they stated to me that they were NOT going to say anything to me UNLESS I WAS NOT OK WITH IT!!! Really???!!! If I had of not noticed they would of let me walk out with it like that!!! This company is very dishonest and I will never shop here again! We will be sure to let everyone know how awful our experience has been throughout this whole ordeal!
