Unsatisfied With the Product

On dec 20 we bought a washer machine from SEARS the sellsman explained that the washer was a saving water system ant that it was an excelent brand. For the pass 5 month we have being trying to figure out how the machine work. We are very disatisfy not only because it take 1 hour and 15 minute to do one load but also because if you use the machine to wash white cloth with bleach the next load you put in get all mextup this is happened 6 times already and all my cloth get all mexup seems like the machine is never has work properly.

We visit the stores in ft laud and in pompano a nd they refuse to change the machine because of the limitation on the 90 days. We have also purchase insurance for 5 years. I am very upset with the result the stores refused to change the machine for another type and i feell like this is not my fault. If the sell representative had told me that the machine take one hour and 15 minutes for load plus it leave a lot of water on the clotes aht in consecuences take hours to dry. I wiill have never boght in the first place. We always has optain all ours electric applicances in SEARS for the pass 40 years. I explained to the mannager that i will agree to pay any diference if any between the washer i have now and a new one the we choose. The problem is that noone want to help us and in the mean time all my cloths get ruin by the machine. I willl really like to get another machine before all my clothes get ruin. My husband dosent speak english and i thnk because he heandle the paper work it is why we did not notice the 90 days. Please can you help us my cloths are all mixup now.
