Me and my father sent approx 4,000.00 to Carl to build us a vending cart / Hot dog cart in November. He promised the cart in approx 3-4 weeks. Since then we have been given one excuse after another, and still have not received either the cart or refund and it has been over 5 months. I think all of the people who have been ripped off by this guy need to get together and file criminal charges and also sue for the price of the cart and loss of income.
