On April 14, we sent "Carl" $2000 for a deposit on a cart. Three weeks later, Carl emailed us and told us the cart was nearly done, and he would need the final payment before it could be shipped. So we sent the other $ and Carl confirmed that he received it.
After weeks waiting for shipment, Carl informed us that he has been having complications with Diabetes and had been unable to run his daily affairs. He assured us he would have his assistant take care of the shipment. After many more weeks of emails and a final threat of legal action), he said he did finally ship the cart, but neglected to mention any details such as shipping company, tracking number, etc. That was 10 days ago (now three months after initial payment), and since then he has not responded to any follow-up emails.
I was shocked to find so many other victims of this individual here. Rest assured, I will be pursuing this to the fullest extend of my ability. I'm a recent college graduate with no money or job, so I have nothing else to do! If any of you other guys would like to contact me and compare notes, please do!
