This company promised my golf cart would be repaired for a function on 4 different contact dates. Each time, the completion date was pushed back. They them said they would loan me a golf cart for my event at no charge. When I arrived to get the "loaner" cart, it was actually a rental agreement.
They would "loan" me a golf cart until my cart was ready, at no charge. However, I MUST pick up my cart the same day the repairs were completed or I would pay for the "rental". Since I work too, I mentioned that it may take me a day to arrange for pick-up. Too bad, same day or rental. So, it you complete my cart at 4:30PM, I have to pick it up by 5:30 PM that same day?
Correct. I said that was a poor business decision and no thank you.
I will never do business with this company.
