Walked in to this place to obtain Partial Highlights, and while I was in there, got a haircut too. After they removed the foils and rinsed my hair, Surprise! I did not see any highlights on my hair. All I could see was an orange looking color at the beginning of my roots. That's it. No highlights whatsoever. The stylist even told me "I know this is not what you wanted and you're not happy" and "maybe I should have left you under the hair dryer longer." She asked me to come back a few days later so that her sister Becky could give her some input and help her accoplish what I was needing to get done. I did not go back in, due to the fact that they did not get it right the first time, they would not get it right the second time. I just did not trust them. I am so very disappointed, specially when I asked the manager "Becky" for a refund. She had to ask her husband "CEO" of their company and he said no. They got paid for something they did not do right. This is so wrong! They added $60.00 to their pocket! I have never dealt nor had this type of situation ever in my life. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Go to Beauty Brands or Visible Changes where you can actually see the DIFFERENCE. They sure are professional people.
