I should have learned my lesson when a "stlist" at Ulta at Happy Valley messed u0p my hair 2 years ago. I swore I would never let them touch my hair again. ULTA DOES NOT stand behind their work. Their charge you full money even when the hair is awful. A young man named Guadalupe stopped me in the store at Arrowhead and said he loved working on blonde highlights. I told him how concerned I was in having someone else work on my hair and how picky I am. He guaranteed me beautiful color. I stressed I wanted it natural looking and a lot of dimension. When he took the foils out, the roots were very dark and the rest of the color was an all over orange / yellow. There were sections of red tones that looked awful. I started crying. He immediately through more foils in with bleach. That only made my hair worse. They forced me to pay $85.00 (said they were giving a discount. Yeah right). I not only have hideous hair color but I had to pay for it and once it gets healthy again, I have to find someone to FIX their screw up which will likely cost over $100.00. Stay away from ulta. They do not support their customers. If you have blond highlights... Do not go to guadalupe at the arrowhead store in arizona. You will be sorry.
