I purchased a set of Jamie Oliver cutlery on 21st july in conjunction with a company called merison. Paid £35 and received my voucher 2 days later to redeem the deal, which i did etc, got confirmation back that voucher had beed redeemed and goods to follow from merison. Still nothing has arrived, i contacted merison by email, they claim groupon are to blame and im not listed as a one of the purchasers. Emailed groupon 3 times and no-one has replied so im now £35 down the drain and no-one will help resolve this, ps redeeming the item finished 21st august - i reckon ive been ripped off big time
