Can I give them less than 1 star? Ok, in their defense they did get 2 of the 3 orders right, the two that went to my husband's family in Washington state were correct as far as we know. But the ones for my mother (ordered almost a month in advance) were delivered a day late, to the wrong address, and looked nothing like the photo online. I called when they were not delivered on the correct day, and was told that they were busy and it might just be later in the evening. I called again that evening and was told that the florist delivering the flowers was closed and they could not do anything, so I sent an email to them with their guarantee to reply within 1 hour, I recieved no reply.
I called Saturday when I my mother received them, from her neighbor, 2 streets over and was told I would receive a voucher for free flowers for their mess up. My mother sent me a photo and said she loved them, and I was flabbergasted because it looked nothing like the image online.
I emailed again yesterday when I had not recieved the voucher they said they would send and still never got a reply. So I called again tonight and was told that I could get a 10% refund and a $10 voucher towards my next purchase. After an hour on the phone with this idiot I gave it over to my husband before I screamed at someone. He spoke with a manager and was told there was nothing they could do.
Never use this florist, they are a rip off and a scam and have severely screwed up what was supposed to me something special to my mom for mothers day! Their Customer service is terrible and you will be very unsatisfied.
