A few years ago, we purchased over $20,000 worth of home improvement supplies, one being a new garage door. We ended up buying the most expensive, best quality Clopay door. Now, 8 years later, the springs to the door broke. I went in to the exact Home Depot where we purchased these items to ask if they carried replacement parts. Before I could even say a word, a very rude, older man, by the name of Ed, said, "we don't carry any parts for the doors" really snotty. Well, I told him, with that kind of attitude, I would never come back. This has happened at a few other locations as well in the past. I really don't appreciate that kind of rudeness, especially in front of my young son! He couldn't believe the amount of disrespect that we received. With Lowe's and Menard's and some local hardware stores we don't have that kind of rude treatment. If it weren't for your customers, you wouldn't even have a job!!! I am very disappointed with the treatment I received and have told everyone that I know, not to shop your stores anymore. We will never be back. Your customer service stinks more than my garbage does... Very disappointing..
