Home Depot refuses to take responsibility for the bad installation of a Clopay Garage Door (which in itself is poorly constructed). I had to have their installer come back three times to finally get the original installation correct, or what I thought was correct. The door later fell off of the track and landed on my new car which damaged every panel of the door. The failure was due to a weak piece of metal that AE Door Sales used to connect the track to the ceiling bracket. That weak connector gave way and the track moved sideways allowing the door to fall out of the track. Home Depot refuses to do anything about it.
