My garage door spring was broken. I called the company C & M Garage Doors and two people came to my house that afternoon. One person's name is Michael Dultz.
He asked for $270 to fix the spring. He also took out a parts from the garage door opener. He said that parts was bad and needed $130 to replace it. After they replaced the garage spring they wanted me to pay them $300 at that moment. He says he will get the parts and fix the garage opener on next day.in fact he and his partner never show up again. I made many phone calls and he simply does not answer the phone. After they left, I found that they also broke my electrical circuit which controsl my air condition. So I used Goggle search and found out he is a criminal.
His strategy was to immediately do some work which may have nothing to do with the problem and ask for a lot of money for the small parts. After I paid $300 dollars they never came back again. Please remember the person's name is Michael Dultz and company name is C & M Garage Doors.
