Closing Your Account with Expedia

Tried closing my account with Expedia and this what I get:

Hi,

I have previously requested for my account with Expedia be closed since I am no longer in the United States.
I was told on the 16th that the request has been forwarded to the team in charge and it will take up to 10 days for the request to be effected. (See attached emails below)

It is 29th today and I have just checked and confirmed that my account has not been closed.
Please do the necessary and I look forward to your expeditious reply and action.
