I am a school bus driver. Today I have a student field trip from out side the Baltimore city and need to drop at Baltimore city at Uptown (John Hopkin University). After drop off I tried to find Dunkin Donut Store For coffee. One store is available ay downtown wher I can park my Bus easily and get my breakfast. I get the Coffee and request for rest room But she state refused. I again request That I am 55 years old man I am in my company uniform with my ID and I have Company Cap on my head and I am coming from distance and also traveling from last 2 1/2 hrs Please open the rest room because I am also a diabetic but she not ready to open it and said owner not pay for restroom cleaning. Finally she said some one left the key in side so when owner come he can open so we cannot open. Please let us known where we go to use the restroom after purchase the breakfast. So please you guys charge extra money but please provide that restroom. It very important like us while we are on duty and also we are customers. I really thank full to guys to solve that problem because I am very regular customer & love the Dunkin Donuts.
