How dare expedia immediately take my funds but not immediately return funds at cancellations. Two weeks wait is ridiculous when expedia waits less than 2 minutes to take the customers funds.
When expedia is able to assist the customer with return of funds, expedia CREATES red tape.
Terrible customer service.
Result of notified dissatisfation with expedia service.
Should not appear so obvious at trying to make money off the customer's money. Give it back at the customer's request/refund!
