Ken volk not a lawyer, but thinks he is. He had a client call while I was there and the land lord said to get a lawyer and he laughed

So he laughed at that. He told me my apartment complex did not have a certificate with the tax assessors office. I was readying his web site and he is using ars and telling people what to tell their landlords. That is giving legal advise. I quoted it, emailed him and ask him if this is legal advise. He asked me what my point is and I said it is a question.By the way, I am also a paralegal and the only people allowed by law to give legal advised are lawyers. He did not want to answer. He just said goodnight. They are fast talking and are not legal. I should have asked to see his certification
