I received a phone call, at work from a so called legal firm saying that Fast cash international has sent me 16 emails about a loan I received from them that has not been payed back.
I checked my email back to February 22nd and there was nothing.
I asked how much it was for as to my knowledge i have paid off all of my loans I have taken out.
He refused to give me any other information.
He said he needed my attorneys information so they can contact them. I told them that I wasn't giving them any information.
They needed to send me something in writing about this loan since I don't know who they are and what they are talking about.
They said as per my online contract i agreed to only email contact.
I told them that wasn't good enough and I needed something from their client telling me that they were not paid.
I don't remember taking a loan out from them, but if I did I would take care of it.
They said that the legal papers and the police would be at my school tomorrow.
IItold them to please do so we can resolve this matter.
Should i be concerned, can they do that in California?
