Legalhelpexperts.com/confirm.html Legal Scam Experts Internet

I needed legal advised to divorce my wife and I thought that using the internet would be a great tool to locate a good attorney. I found some websites were it would ask for my personal information and after a week a person representing Legal Help Experts sold me their service as as to get legal advise for $45.95. They promise " Top-rated Law Firm, aggressive and knowledgeable representation and free consultation available 7 days a week". He told me that I was going to receive a free consultation with no obligation.

He told me to call the next week to get the names and phone numbers from local attorneys. Well I did just that, the first attorney that was closer to me I visited him and by the looks of the building I thought "This is not a top Law Firm". We spoke for less than an hour and kept saying that a different client was just about to come in, the client never showed up. He told me how much it was going to cost and I responded that I needed to do a simple divorce because we were not going to contest about anything and that customer service told me that it was just going to be $250. He snickered and said that could not be true. I left the office and called back and then they proceeded to give me other names to call on and one of them was very rude by telling me right off you don't need a lawyer and then during the conversation spoke off-colored words that was not very professional. I called back and reported this and customer service apologized and proceeded to give me another name and finally ended up speaking with a Mr. Hardy, I went to his office a day after and he gave me paper work to fill out including directions in getting online to fill out the divorce papers - I did. I came back after a day letting him know that I had filled the online paperwork and that I needed to have him review it. He then pulled out a contract (which I do not have copy) and asked for $250 so that he can assist me with what I ask and to provide me with strategies. Now, I should state that I was going to be charge a flat fee from this Mr. Hardy because it was going to be a simple divorce; no one was going to contest anything in court. Thinking that this $250 (I have attached a copy for your review) was the flat fee I thought that it was OK to give it to him, this was 9-4-08.

That night I spoke to my wife and asked her if I should proceed with this and she told me that she really did not want to divorce me and I concluded that I was not either. I call Mr. Hardy's office and spoke to his senior associate, his father, and told him that I needed to speak to his son about the situationI never got that call. After a couple of days had passed by I called their office again and his father answer the call and told me that his son was going to call me back. I had already called customer service and complained about the situation. The next day after I had called Mr. Hardy's office a Seth from Legal Help Experts (also called Legal Club of America) called and he told me to give Mr. Hardy at least a day to called back— he never did. I decided to call Wamucards customer service to dispute the purchase of this service.

I had lost $250 needlessly and I truly believe they should pay me back the $250 dollars that I gave to Mr. Hardy since he never follow-up on his promise.
