We went to this law office for legal advise and were given bad advise during our bankruptcy case. She told us that there would be no ramifications should we give a house back... Well now that we have reorganized and paid off all of our debt we can now not get a home loan because of an FHA/HUD report which Ms. Shank said it would be taken care of and there would be no ill ramifications!
Well she was wrong! Now we cannot close on our new house! We are soon to be homeless all because she mislead us in the information that she provided.
Beware if you have a legal problem involving your mortgage company avoid Ms. Shank!
