Terrible. I bought 22 packages with 4 floor pieces per package. I was given 11 packages to take home with the promise that the other 11 boxes would be ready for pickup the Friday after Thanksgiving at the latest. On that Friday, I learned the other 11 had not been ordered yet but would be ready for pickup on 12/4/08. On 12/4, I was told the truck may have flooring on it, but that I could not pick it up until 12/5 if the flooring was on the truck. Why not tell me this earlier? It would have saved me 2 trips.
I got an in-store rebate to go to a different store, Home Depot. I got the flooring and was charged $20.90 more?
