I went into the dinner around 9:45 pm to have a late dinner. My husband and I placed our order and were seated at one of the front booths. We received our drinks and as we were sitting there I watched the short order cook take out raw bacon with this hands and placed it on the grill. He then took out raw chicken with his hands and placed it on the grill. Without cleaning his hands, he proceeded to take out buns for sandwiches and bread for toast. He then proceeded to place his hands in the vegetable condiments (tomato, lettuce, pickles, onions, etc). He also handled cheese. He then proceeded to handle raw steaks, and then went back to making sandiches and placing his hands into the condiments. We called the waitress over and asked if we could just pay for our drinks. She stated that our food was almost up and asked if we wanted to get it to go. We advised no because the cook was handling all of those raw meats and preparing food without washing his hands. She advised the cook and he simply took the food and threw it in the trash with no apology. No comment and went back to what he was doing. They then charged us for drinks which we had not even had time to drink! This place needs to be looked into because this could be a major health hazard for the public. Unbelievable!
