Employees Handling Food With Bare Hands Instead of Gloves

I know the local Popeyes tries to make every penny it can by charging for everything, including substitutions, extra sauce and a cup for water, and by not allowing outside food or drinks, so no kids' sippy drinks or Capri Suns when dining with the family. But to skimp on health protection is not very good. Every employee who touches the food should have prep gloves on and not use their bare hands.
