I went through the drive thru at 7 pm on 2/25. Ordered 2 medium teas and a medium orange julius. It was over $8! It took almost 10 min, and we were the first in line. While at the window waiting, I could see in at the grill/kitchen area. There were 2 men & 1 woman working that I saw. The man at the grill turned his back mostly from me, I guess he thought he was hidden, but I watched him eat most of his dinner with his hands. His drink was in the red bin of chips above the grill. He must have gotten an order, & he wiped his mouth with his hand, & started putting buns on the grill. No washing, no gloves, not even wiping his hands on his pants. I didn't think cooks were supposed to eat right there with all the food? And there is the obvious problem that he contaminated everything he touched! Employees need to be better trained and possibly better managed when there isn't a supervisor around.
