The DirectTV bill was past due 138.00 and when I called to make a payment they said you have to pay 308.00. I said why 308.00 and they started saying because we disconnected your DirectTV you now have to pay the whole bill which part of it is for prepaying until may 8 th 2010. I asked the lady why is my bill so much, she started rattling off all the misc charges, 6.00 per tv for insurance in case they need to come out and do a repair. They are charging 24.00 a month for insurance x12 = 288.00 year for absolutely nothing. I said I never agreed to this and I want this removed and she said I am sorry but our system is down! They are blatant rip offs and they are screwing thousands of consumers and getting away with it! You just lost my 2500.00 a year! You don't do honest business!
