Stole money from my bank accunt without Authorization. DirectV.com

Back in March I cancelled my Direct TV service an ask that the service be disconnected on April 30th as I was moving back home. I disconnected my system and boxed it up on april 30th as planned. I paid my last bill on April 28th and recievd a notice form them that there was no further balance due.

On July 20th My bank accopunt was debited $104.50 by direct TV which was an unauthorized charge. I filed a complaint with the bank and showed them that m y accunt had indeed been cancelled. I spoke to the rep from Direct Tv. Who stated i owed them this money. I asked thekm to explain how.

I had my service for two year and paid the required contractual amount for all of my equipment including my Tivo DVR (Which I now find is absolutly useless and only works on their system). I conatcte3d the FBI's office of internet crimes and explained to them what had happened. I filed a fraud case against them through "Visa". It is still pending. My bank reversed the charge of $104.50 and agreed I showed them proof of cancelation and I was justified.

Now Direct TV has sent this bill to a collection agency to try and force me to pay it. Do not do business with DirectTV. They are thieves and shoud be investigated by the F.C.C. And the FBI for fraud.
