I was very pleased with the personal help, price, and installation of our stove. I haven't had a good winter period to test the efficiencies of the stove (Declaration-Wilmington), but am hopeful that it will provide what we need. The manufacturer was a little slow in shipping my stove, but it got here finally and Hearthside definitely measured up.
