Initially we thought we were dealing with the company that makes the gas logs. No matter - Joe Cox did a great job oof answering our questions and helping us find the best logs for our home. We were so satisfied with Joe's abilities that he helped us pick out a small gas stove for the addition on our house. When the stove arrived broken, he and Kara handled the replacement very professionally.
