I purchased a gas fireplace log set from Hearthside after researching local suppliers. I found a better selection and better pricing from Hearthside. The install went as planned, but I did develop a problem with the pilot light not staying on after a year. I called Hearthside, they diagnosed the problem quite quickly over the phone and sent me out a replacement part at no charge. Very pleased and have recommended them to friends.
