I bought a Flutter (like a Groupon) for business cards from Searchlight Creative Group. I met with the owner John McCulley the next day to finalize the order. When my cards had not arrived a month later I emailed him. No response. 2 weeks later I emailed again. No response. Finally 2-3 days after my repeat 2nd request email they told me the cards had shipped. When I asked to where, they gave me an incorrect address. Then they said they would be here the next day. No cards. Now it is 10 weeks later and I have emailed John 3 more times without a response. John has excuse after excuse as to what happened. The inexcusable thing is his lack of responsiveness. He told me 10 days ago I wouyld have my cards and my money back. I have neither. 4/13.
