I ordered three sets of business cards for my new business about three weeks ago from Overnight Prints. Their website ensures a fast turnaround and very high-quality cards.
When I received my cards about four days later, each set of cards had something wrong with it. One had small dots in several places on it, one had a line running diagonally down it, and the other had several horizontal lines running across it. All of the cards in each of these sets were messed up in exactly the same way, and we immediately checked our files to make sure that the files we sent them did not have these imperfections in them.
Our files were fine, so we called Overnight Prints to let them know that our cards had arrived with imperfections that made them unpresentable to clients, and that we'd like to have them reprinted. We were told to send back ten cards from each of the sets, and that their "review department" would take a look at them and decide if they were going to send us new cards.
We sent some of the cards back and did not hear from Overnight Prints. We called them, had to wait on hold for an hour, and then spoke with someone that said that the "review department" had not yet gotten to our case because they had quite a few other cases they were working on.
When we hadn't heard from them for another week, we emailed Overnight Prints and asked them for the status of our order. We got no reply. We then emailed them again, and were sent an email that misinterpreted our email and told us that our order had been sent out several weeks previously.
We wrote another email and have not yet gotten a response. We called again and were put on hold again for another hour, and were then told that they were still deciding whether or not they were going to reprint our cards or not.
This company is extremely unprofessional, their equipment is clearly not satisfactory for producing professional-quality prints, and they have terrible customer service. It feels like there's only one or two people running the entire business, and they're doing a poor job at it. Avoid this company if you want business cards you can actually give to people.
